Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Each wood creation is unique so the wood grain is always different. No piece of wood is exactly the same & there may be slight variations in the color of the wood. In particular, note that the tone and texture of the wood may vary slightly. Each product is carefully crafted, with a lot of love and time, sanding and carving and may have slight differences from the product in the pictures but the same creation and finishing process is followed for every product so yours should be very, very similar.
