Your athletes have worked hard all season - award their impressive dedication with an engraved plaque customized to their teams sport.
A solid pine plaque, stained in dark walnut, and finished with polyurethane, the plaque can be customized with an object representative of the sport (i.e. small football, hockey puck, etc.) and is made to look like it is crashing into the plaque. The dimensions of the award are: 7" wide and 10.5" tall.
The following can be engraved into the award:
- Team Logo (please email in JPG or PNG format only, to wayne@wayneswooddesigns.com)
- Award title (i.e. MVP, Most Improved, Sportmanship, etc.)
- Player Name
- Team/Club Name
- Year
- Division
The plaque comes ready to hang with the metal hanger on the back.
Because of the level of customization, please note that there will be a proof sent within 24-48 hours of the order and a response is requested for either a change(s) or approval within 24 hours of the proof. The engraving cannot begin until a final approval is sent to wayne@wayneswooddesigns.com.

Each wood creation is unique, so the wood grain is always different. No piece of wood is exactly the same & there may be slight variations in the color of the wood. In particular, note that the tone and texture of the wood may vary slightly. Each product is carefully crafted, with a lot of love and time, sanding and carving and may have slight differences from the product in the pictures but the same creation and finishing process is followed for every product so yours should be very, very similar. Please contact WWD with any questions about the creation process!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
